Prokletije, also known as the Accursed Mountains, is a jaw dropping, stunning and rugged mountain range located in Southeastern Europe, primarily in the Balkans. These mountains extend across the borders of Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo, with smaller portions reaching into Serbia. The highest peak in the range is Maja Jezercë, which stands at 2,694 meters (8,839 feet) and is located in Albania.
Departure from Belgrade at 4PM.
Car route: Belgrade - Nova Varoš - B.Polje - Berane - Plav. Arrival in Plav around midnight.
Repacking into off-road vehicles. Driving to the village of Babino Polje. Accommodation in bungalows. Overnight stay.
DAY 2 - MULTI PEAKS & LAKES
Departure in front of the accommodation at 05:30. Drive in an off-road vehicle from Babino polje through the Bogićevica village to the location Hodžina ravan (1920m). Breakfast is planned during breaks.
Hiking route: Hodzin plateau (1920m) - BOGIĆEVICA pass - TROMEĐA peak - BOGIĆEVICA peak - Tropojes lake - ALI PEJA pass - SRCE lake (Zemres) - ĐERAVIČKO (Gjeravices) - ĐERAVICA peak.
Return along relatively same route to the Hodžina plateau location (1920m), where off road vehicle is waiting for us. Return to accommodation. Dinner and leisure time. Preparation for activities planned for the next day. Overnight stay.

Fitness level 8/10. Technical difficulty: 4/10. Source of drinking water: 2. (in the accommodation and near Lake Srce halfway along the trail.)
DAY 3 - PANORAMIC HIKING DAY
After breakfast, departure in front of the accommodation at 07:30.
Hiking route: BABINO POLJE (1510m) – KATUN ZAVOJE (1780m) – ZAVOJE PASS (2150m) – ROŠKODOL PASS (2245m) – BOGDAŠ PEAK (2355m). Return to the accommodation along the same path as during the ascent.
Statistics of the day: Expected total ascent: 1030 m, Total descent: ~ 1030 m, Route length: ~ 14 km, Duration with breaks: 7:30h.
Fitness level: 6/10. Technical difficulty: 7/10. Source of drinking water: 2 (at the start of Selima cesma and Zavoje katun on 1/4 of the route).
